Two different sources recommended that I read the book, by Nouk Sanchez, within a 24 hour period. So I abide and found this book to be remarkable.
Beautifully said: I wholeheartedly trust in God’s Love, enjoying a deep and unshakable sense of divine security and Love.[1]
Unconscious Guilt and fear The primary and only cause of each problem we face is unconscious guilt of being separate from God, fearing God’s love and punishment not deserving of abundance and unworthiness.
If you project judgment onto another, you are actually keeping and reinforcing the very guilt you tried to offload onto another[2].
Death
“I have come to realize pain, sickness, scarcity and conflict are all illusory forms of death. While these remain in our perception as external threats to be defended against, we cannot know God’s Love. And while we hang onto these beliefs, we really deny ourselves the joy of learning that we are the living expression of God’s mighty and all-Loving Will here on Earth[3]. We are being called to break out of the cycle of birth and death”[4].
Afterlife
Sadness or grief prevent communication with people in the afterlife.[5] Every time one chooses joy and love when thinking of a loved one who has transition the more one reunites with this loved one. So there is a lack of grief[6]. I arrived at the same conclusion after my Father’s transition : www.tinyurl.com/Healed4Ever.
Surrender
One way to awaken quickly is to surrender all concerns for the body to Spirit[7]. I would have to include all concerns about money, security, finances and career also. And this is stated here as ” turn every doubt, fear or appearance to Christ[8].
Peace
In the midst of sadness or tragedy, ask yourself: do I want to understand or do I want peace[9]? A quick way to awaken is to uphold peace at all times. [10] Ego
The only thing we ever lose in relinquishing the ego is the ability to suffer.[11] The ego operates on a finite supply of love, health, happiness and money[12].
”Whatever we try to defend against, we actually attract into our experience.
Our defense against it makes it real in our perception. Once it’s real and we have made it an opponent, then it must attack us. That’s the ego’s law. This is why forgiveness is crucial to undoing suffering”[13].
The ego is a master at diversion. Its commitment is to consistently divert our attention away from the real cause of all our problems.
When one endeavors to heal emotional pain, the most powerful form of healing starts when one accepts whatever situation or person caused the pain first and then peaceful healing happens. This is also shared in the Art of Happiness course.
“The need to understand was an ego ploy. Choosing to accept the situation without understanding would bring me back to peace”
God’s Law of Endless Supply
In Spirit’s law, giving wholeheartedly is the way to keep whatever we value[14].
Forgiveness and Atonement
“The love or forgiveness I give. I always give to myself. This is especially true if I give without conditions or secret expectation of approval”[15].
In forgiving and being awareness of the Holy Self, we discover a wealth of abundance within. My job now is in releasing all judgments, beliefs and limitations, thus accessing the true Source of eternal love and inner abundance.[16]
Miraculous Healing and Atonement
“I accept immediate miracles and results as my inheritance. Atonement has already happened. No matter what your physical senses tell you, the world is already healed and so are you. Yet it does take time for you to learn to transfer your trust from the ego and its physical senses, to your inner vision and your Holy Self”[17] Thus the apparent illusionary delay. Prayer[20]
Beautiful prayer by Nouk Sanchez: “I perceive that X, Y and or are causing me to suffer. I recognize this suffering is not God’s Will, and that I have been mistaken in choosing to believe this suffering. I don’t want to believe this suffering any longer. I ask you, Spirit, to heal my perception in this instant. As much as I want the form of suffering to cease, I accept that I must desire to have my perception healed MORE than I want the seeming form of the problem to be healed. I accept the only problem is my perception of it as a problem. No matter if the suffering is great or small, this is always the case. I deny anything not of God’s Will the power to hurt me or others. God’s Loving Will is the only power. The ego has no power unless I choose to believe it does. I accept the divine undoing of fear and guilt, which is always the sole cause of my issue. I accept the Loving and healing Will of God, allowing it to replace the ego’s desire for suffering. I claim my eternal guiltlessness, which is the Will of God. Fear and attack fall away as I claim this divine guiltlessness. I accept miracles as my inheritance. I accept my will is now joined as one with God’s Loving Will. I surrender my personal responsibility for the seeming problem, as I hand it over to Spirit. I accept my Holiness reverses all the laws of the world. I accept God’s laws always overrule the ego’s laws of this world. Sickness, pain, scarcity, conflict and death have no power and no meaning in God. I accept healing in God is always certain, and that it has already taken place. I acknowledge healing is always God’s Will for me. I accept my perception is healed, so the effects/symptoms must heal as well. I recognize the timing of this healing of symptom/ effect depends only on my degree of trust in the miracle; the miracle itself is instantaneous. I accept my only responsibility now is to trust implicitly that God’s Loving Will has already healed the cause of the problem, regardless of any continuing appearances to the contrary. Appearances are just that—appearances only. They are not real. I choose to trust implicitly in God’s Loving Will and nothing else. Thy Will be done…and so it is. Amen.”
Sanchez utilizes mind as a creative aspect. Whereas in Eastern spirituality, the five senses bring information to the mind. The mind is viewed as one of the seven levels of existence. This information about the world (mostly external) is utilized by the intellect and the ego to judge. The True Self, named Holy Self or Spirit, by Sanchez, creates.
Whenever we worry or attempt to control anything, we abandon our Self: vacating the seat of Holiness so that no one is home. Thus, we feel confused, fearful, abandoned and lost. Subsequently these feelings are projected to others, the body or finances in the form of scarcity[21].
Florian Tathagata writes brilliantly about worrying and vacating the Holy seat. It is when attention is taken outward to hear whatever someone else is saying, to objects, to situations, to our thoughts, to what we think we lack, that our true nature is overlooked and ignored. When the attention returns home to awareness, the space we have been looking for is seen to that which contains all and to be all-inclusive.[22]
