What are the spiritual lessons that we are here to learn from this president?

In the form of the Ho’oponopono prayer, what is buried in humanity’s heart that needed these offending words and sentiments? ?

Nothing can remained hidden anymore??? That is right ! Whatever is hidden in our hearts must come out, be healed and therefore be transformed…

Below see the commentary that my sister submitted to the Miami Herald two nights ago and it’s in today’s edition:

As a Haitian American, I am appalled and offended by the reprehensible term used by the president of the United States to describe Haiti, El Salvador and African countries. But sadly, I’m not surprised.

I came to this country almost 50 years ago, when segregation was still rampant, but I could have never imagined that I would live to see leaders of this great country of ours openly revert to bigotry and racism in 2018.

As I pondered the deeper meaning of what’s happening in our nation today, I wondered what this means for us, individually and collectively. We are being forced to address issues that we have never had the courage to address in the past. We have never truly come to terms with our slave past and the current incomprehensible fervent desire of some to hate and dehumanize people of a different race.

We don’t have a hate or a racist gene, but once we dehumanize anyone, debase, enslave or destroy them, once we tell ourselves that they are not like us, that they are inferior to us, we give ourselves permission to treat them in ways that we would never treat those who are like us.

Where do we go from here? This question is significant, particularly as we celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a man who lived by and preached the notion that all people, regardless of their race, gender and the many labels we place on them, have the right to be treated with compassion, dignity and respect.

Individually and collectively, we are being called now to stand up for what is right and equitable, to stop accepting excuses for mean-spirited, offensive and demeaning characterizations of others, to call out those who would denigrate and dehumanize those they perceive to be different, and to make a firm commitment to work with like-minded individuals toward creating a world that works for everyone, not just the few.

Why Is It Important for You to Increase Your Glutathione If You Are Ill Or For Prevention?

What is Glutathione

Glutathione, or GSH, is an important substance which the body produces and which every cell in the body contains. It has been called the body’s “Master Antioxidant” because it helps the body fight cancer, combat diabetes, prevent arteriosclerosis (leading to stroke and heart attacks), prevent aging, detoxify, and repair general body damage caused by factors from stress to radiation.

In this blog we look at four diseases and how glutathione helps reduce or minimize their signs and symptoms.

GSH and Diabetes

Diabetics are vulnerable to infections of the skin and the bloodstream because of their compromised immune systems. Resulting infections pose serious life threatening complications. Impaired blood circulation causes diabetics a host of problems, some of which can lead to amputations and death.

High glutathione levels in the body bolster a diabetic’s immune system which fights off infection. GSH helps decrease the collecting of platelets in artery walls, resulting in freer blood flow and circulation. This improved circulation helps prevent heart disease, stroke, kidney, retinal, and nerve damages.

GSH and Cholesterol

LDL, or “bad” cholesterol, is a fatty substance that leads to accumulation of plaques on the inner wall of arteries. Oxidation of fat in the blood stream causes more thickening.

Glutathione in elevated levels may contain high amounts of lactoferrin, which is a protein that prevents LDL-cholesterol oxidation. It also reduces cholesterol by promoting the functioning of an enzyme called cholesterol hydroxylase.

GSH and Arteriosclerosis

Heart disease and stroke result from thickening of arterial walls that constricts blood flow. The thickening is a disease called arteriosclerosis. In addition to heart disease and stroke, arteriosclerosis leads to high blood pressure and kidney failure.

Glutathione is an antioxidant that occurs naturally in our cells. As such, it fights arteriosclerosis by decreasing LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, protecting the inner lining of arteries, reducing inflammation, and reducing the formation of white blood cells that stick to platelets and thicken artery walls.

GSH and Cancer

Glutathione promotes the cancer-killing activity of T cells and NK cells. It also promotes the activity and presence of lymphocytes which combat cancer cell growth.

The Pyramids by the Law of One

Highlighted Perspective on the Pyramids

The larger pyramids were built by our ability using the forces of One. The stones are alive. It has not been so understood by the mind/body/spirit distortions of your culture.

We attempted to aid them in technical ways having to do with the healing of mind/body/spirit complex distortions through the use of the crystal, appropriate to the distortion, placed within a certain appropriate series of ratios of time/space material. Thus were the pyramids created.

The purposes of the pyramids were two: Firstly, to have a properly oriented place of initiation for those who wished to become purified or initiated channels for the Law of One. Two, we wished then to carefully guide the initiates in developing a healing of the people whom they sought to aid, and of the planet itself.

Pyramid after pyramid charged by the crystal and Initiate were designed to balance the incoming energy of the One Creation with the many and multiple distortions of the planetary mind/body/spirit. In this effort we were able to continue work that brothers within the Confederation had effected through building of other crystal-bearing structures and thus complete a ring, if you will, of these about the Earth’s surfaces.

The pyramids were built to ring the Earth. There are six balancing pyramids and fifty-two others built for additional healing and initiatory work among your mind/body/spirit social complexes .

Imagine, if you will, the many force fields of the Earth in their geometrically precise web. Energies stream into the Earth planes, as you would call them, from magnetically determined points. Due to growing thought-form distortions in understanding of the Law of One, the planet itself was seen to have the potential for imbalance .

The balancing pyramidal structures were charged with crystals which drew the appropriate balance from the energy forces streaming into the various geometrical centers of electromagnetic energy which surround and shape the planetary sphere .

The balancing pyramidal structures could be and were used for individual initiation. However, the use of these pyramids was also designed for the balancing of the planetary energy web. The other pyramids are not placed correctly for Earth healing but for healing of mind/body/spirit complexes .

The balancing pyramids, were more numerous and were used exclusively for the above purpose and the teach/learning of healers to charge and enable these processes .

We take this opportunity to pursue our honor/duty, as some of those creating the pyramid shape, to note that it is in no way necessary to use this shape in order to achieve healings, for seniority of vibration has caused the vibratory complexes of mind/ body/spirit complexes to be healed to be less vulnerable to the trauma of the interrupted armoring .

Furthermore, as we have said, the powerful effect of the pyramid, with its mandatory disruption of the armoring, if used without the crystallized being, used with the wrong intention, or in the wrong configuration, can result in further distortions of entities which are perhaps the equal of some
of your chemicals which cause disruptions in the energy fields in like manner .

The pyramid may be used for the improvement of the meditative state as long as the shape is such that the entity is in Queen’s Chamber position or entities are in balanced configuration about this central point.

The small pyramid shape, placed beneath a portion of the body complex may energize this body complex. This should be done for brief periods only, not to exceed 30 of your minutes .

The large underwater pyramid off the Florida coast is one of the balancing pyramids that Ra was one of the constructions, aided by sixth-density entities of a social memory complex working with Atlanteans prior to our working with the, as you call them, Egyptians .

The effect of the so-called Bermuda Triangle is due to a large pyramid beneath the water which releases this third spiral in discrete and varying intervals. Entities or craft that are in the vicinity may change their space/time continuum in some way .

Requests being made for healing and other understanding, information was passed having to do with crystals and the building of pyramids as well as temples, as you would call them, which were associated with training .

One may view the pyramid at Giza as metaphysical training wheels .

The difficulties became apparent as the priests trained in this learning in the pyramids began to attempt to use crystal powers for those things other than healing, as they were involved not only with learning but became involved with what you would call the governmental structure .

We found that the technology was reserved largely for those with the effectual mind/body distortion of power. This was not intended by the Law of One. We left your peoples .

The same beings who came with us returned approximately 3,500 years later in order to attempt to aid the South American mind/body/spirit social complex once again. However, the pyramids of those so-called cities were not to be used in the appropriate fashion. Therefore, this was not pursued further .

The pyramid shape then was deemed to be at that time of paramount importance as the physical training aid for spiritual development. At this particular time in the evolution of our planet there is little or no emphasis on this shape. It is our honor/duty to attempt to remove the distortions that the use of this shape has caused in the thinking of your peoples and in the activities of some of your entities

We do not deny that such shapes are efficacious, nor do we withhold the general gist of this efficacy. However, we wish to offer our understanding, limited though it is, that contrary to our naive beliefs many thousands of your years ago the optimum shape for initiation does not exist

The use of the pyramid to balance planetary energies still functions to a slight extent, but due to earth changes, the pyramids are no longer aligned properly for this work .

We wish to point out once again that the time of the pyramids, as you would call it, is past. It is indeed a timeless structure. However, the streamings from the universe were, at the time we attempted to aid this planet, those which required a certain understanding of purity .

This understanding has, as the streamings revolved and all things evolve, changed to a more enlightened view of purity. Thus, there are those among your people at this time whose purity is already one with intelligent infinity. Without the use of structures, healer/patient can gain healing .

Greetings Friends and Family,

The Foundation Marie Claire Heureuse Félicitée Bonheur Dessalines (FF) FONDASYON FELICITÉE and its partners are determined to bring assistance to our distressed family members in the south of Ayiti. Therefore we would like to share with you and thank you for reading, participating and helping us to implement our plan.

This project is a family responsibility among all daughters and sons of the Sun. As the children of the Sun we are the defenders of freedom and your participation is imperative to this project’s success. We seek to bring concerned members of our family information, actions, and items that will assist them in recovery and establishing stability.

Description

Our focus is our distressed family members residing in small communities around Pestel, Port Salut, and Petit Goave. Our implementation goals are chiefly to disburse information that can boost self-worth, to purify the water, repair/improve construction of homes, disburse agriculture tools, and if possible deliver other useful equipment and materials.

Implementation Plan

We aim for participation and transparency throughout the entire project. We will seek supporters who can take on the financial and labor responsibilities for each project. Our supporters will receive updated reports as progress is made and completed. Our plan is specified below:

Assist in providing food, shelter, medicine and other necessities
Prioritize restoration projects
Send images regarding the choices of intervention to our supporters
Share vital information with beneficiaries
Set Date of finalization of the activity
Monthly reports will be drafted and sent to all supporters.
Provide final picture of beneficiaries entering back into her/his new or repaired home.

Throughout these ventures we will ensure that the aid provided becomes an element of cohesion in the community. We will accomplish this by training our volunteers to conduct themselves in a manner that raises and confirms a level of trust and dignity with beneficiaries. Also, we will coach our volunteers in understanding and respecting our potential beneficiaries. We expect that volunteers and students will be afforded the opportunities of cultural immersion, skill development and character building while collecting data and transmitting vital information to the beneficiaries.

Holistic Views of Cancer, by the Law of One.

Holistic Healing Perspectives of Cancer

I am fascinated and deeply inspired by reading the Law of One and wanted to highlight and share it’s quotes about Cancer.

There are at this space/time nexus beings incarnate which have begun fourth-density work. However, the third density climate of planetary consciousness is retarding the process.

It is the 3^rd density transition to fourth which is influencing the process whereby thoughts are becoming things. As an example you may observe the thoughts of anger becoming those cells of the physical bodily complex going out of control to become what you call the cancer. [i]

The fourth-density is one of revealed information. Selves are not hidden to self or other-selves. The imbalances or distortions which are of a destructive nature show, therefore, in more obvious ways, the vehicle of the mind/body/spirit complex thus acting as a teaching resource for self-revelation.

These illnesses such as cancer are correspondingly very amenable to self-healing once the mechanism of the destructive influence has been grasped by the individual.[ii]

The healing starts by forgiving the situation or the other selves at whom one is angry. The other portion of healing has to do with forgiveness of self and a greatly heightened respect for the self. This is quite frequently a part of the healing and forgiving process. Thus it is the care and respect for the self that is the true thing of importance.[iii]

Part of the healing may conveniently be expressed by taking care in dietary matters. The vegetables, the fruits, the grains, and to the extent necessary for the individual metabolism, the animal products. These are those substances showing respect for the self.

In addition, those entities in need of purging the self of a poison thought-form or emotion complex do well to take care in following a program of careful fasting until the destructive thought-form has been purged analogously with the by-products of ridding the physical vehicle of excess material. Again you see the value not to the body complex but used as a link for the mind and spirit. Thus self reveals self to self.[iv]

The basic vibration that we experience now is green true color or fourth-density account for the fact that there are many mental effects upon material objects or cells of our body that are now observable for the first time in a mass way such as the bending of metal by mind.

We suggest to take this concept further and understand the great number of entities with the so-called mental diseases being due to the effect of this green ray true color upon the mental configurations of those unready mentally to face the self for the first time.[v]

In terms of cancer, the entity polarizing positively perceives the anger. This entity, if using this catalyst mentally, blesses and loves this anger in itself. It then intensifies this anger consciously in mind alone until the folly of this red-ray energy is perceived not as folly in itself but as energy subject to spiritual entropy due to the randomness of energy being used.[vi]

Positive orientation then provides the will and faith to continue this mentally intense experience of letting the anger be understood, accepted, and integrated with the mind/body/spirit complex.

The other-self which is the object of anger is thus transformed into an object of acceptance, understanding, and accommodation, all being reintegrated using the great energy which anger began.[vii]

The negatively oriented mind/body/spirit complex will use this anger in a similarly conscious fashion, refusing to accept the undirected or random energy of anger and instead, through will and faith, funneling this energy into a practical means of venting the negative aspect of this emotion so as to obtain control over other-self, or otherwise control the situation causing anger.

Control is the key to negatively polarized use of catalyst. Acceptance is the key to positively polarized use of catalyst. Between these polarities lies the potential for this random and undirected energy creating a bodily complex analog of what you call the cancerous growth of tissue.[viii]

If the positively polarizing entity fails to accept the other-self or if the negatively polarizing entity fails to control the other-self, either of these conditions will cause cancer.

The first acceptance, or control depending upon polarity, is of the self. Anger is one of many things to be accepted and loved as a part of self or controlled as a part of self, if the entity is to do work. The catalyst is unconscious and does not work with intelligence but rather is part of the, shall we say, mechanism of learn/teaching set up by the sub-Logos before the beginning of your space/time.[x]

The cancer catalyst, and all catalyst, is designed to offer experience. This experience in your density may be loved and accepted or it may be controlled. These are the two paths. When neither path is chosen the catalyst fails in its design and the entity proceeds until catalyst strikes it which causes it to form a bias towards acceptance and love or separation and control.[xi]

If an entity is not in harmony with its circumstances it feels a burning within. The temperature of the physical vehicle does not yet rise, only the heat of the temper or the tears, as we may describe this disharmony.

However, if an entity persists for a long period of your space/time in feeling this emotive heat and disharmony, the entire body complex will begin to resonate to this disharmony, and the disharmony will then show up as the cancer or other degenerative distortions from what you call health.[xii]

When an entire planetary system of peoples and cultures repeatedly experiences disharmony on a great scale the earth under the feet of these entities shall begin to resonate with this disharmony. Due to the nature of the physical vehicle, disharmony shows up as a blockage of growth or an uncontrolled growth since the primary function of a mind/body/spirit complex’s bodily complex is growth and maintenance.

In the case of your planet the purpose of the planet is the maintenance of orbit and the proper location or orientation with regards to other cosmic influences. In order to have this occurring properly the interior of your sphere is hot in your physical terms. Thus instead of uncontrolled growth you begin to experience uncontrolled heat and its expansive consequences.[xiii]

“Second-density creatures are also subject to causing cancer by creating unresolved anger within themselves—the same process that applies for third-density beings.”[xiv]

Vivid Dreams & the Art of Silence Course

Aloha! I would like to share my dream early this morning. I was awakening and feeling that someone was placing a cord around my neck, like I was about to be strangled. I calmly asked: “What are you doing and why” I thought that I woke up and was evaluating the dream thinking I should write the dream down in the i-phone.

One insight was that I was grateful that I did not feel the usual paralyzing fear of death and dying in my and most of humanity’s experience. As the thoughts came and went, I meant to reach for the phone. Instead I felt asleep again so this was a false awakening process as per my lucid dreaming teacher: Charley Morley and then this new vivid dream :

I was a participant of the Art of Silence Course of the Art of Living Foundation, with Janael (one of my best trainers as an AOLF teacher) next to me and leading the class (at the same time) with Philip, another Silence Class teachers. I was answering a question:

“ There are times when one is searching for clarity and not able to be with the Teacher, or Guruji, or a Saint or go to a workshop. One has to reach deep within, to the inner Teacher for inspiration for clarity or for intuitive guidance”.

Musing 2 myself in the dream: ‘Bhakti! One still misses, the sweet love, the devotion, the closeness or nearness of the living-guru’. This time I really woke up and entered the dream on the phone.

This longing and thirst for the living-guru could be divinely quenched with atonement or the Presence of the Infinite & Eternal Creator Who is no other that the Higher Self.

However, from my recent reading of the Law of One, the Higher-Self is in the Sixth Realms and the Source Creator is far beyond the Sixth, through and beyond all densities!

Equanimity in Parallel Realities or Fourth Density?

In this odd dream, I was in bed with this man who looks like he was from another planet. And I was asking who he was and a Japanese or Chinese family and him began a story about why they were manipulating me. I’m not interested in your story was my response and this is after all a dream. They all disappeared.

Then I became committed to cleaning the oceans, getting rid of GMO and healing people. Boy, this is too much, I was thinking maybe I should ask for help from Mother Earth! And woke up… Next time I hope and pray that I remain lucid for a little while longer. Nonetheless, I am very grateful

For the last few days, I have been experiencing more lucid dreams with more experiences of multiple parallel realities and finally being able to put into words what I have been experiencing for years during many dreams:

Humanity’s evolution is parallel to the world-wide-web where we are all interconnected through spiritual energetic web of data/thoughts which are being received from and sent from ourselves to others through our thoughts and feelings, without the use of computers.

We are all One is the other prevailling insight!

Lucid Dream Breakthrough

Last night I started the Happiness program with one (!) friend and I am so grateful for this lucid dream breakthrough this morning. I got up at 4 am did SKY and went back to sleep.

So in this dream I was exhausted and didn’t sleep well at all after my first night of being on call in this hospital. Everything was happening at once like parallel realities. The day before (or was it at the same time) the Medical director approached me in this new Hospital practice, appreciating my work and staying she would like 2 promote me 2 a larger outpatient medical practice in Iowa.

My answer was Iowa is too cold in the winter time. The other parallel event was I was sitting in a hospital conference room trying to rest when about 9 or so doctors furiously barged in, all yelling and accusing me of mismanaging their patients.

Here I am trying 2 remember if I am guilty. Could nurses have called me and in my sleep I gave them substandard medical decisions? What was nice was I wasn’t panicking, just juggling my memory until … OMG I am dreaming and everyone and the conference room disappeared.

I started visualizing & saying that I love, cared and appreciate myself and woke up!! The next time I realized that I am in a lucid dream, I will endeavor to stay longer meditate, do miraculous healing and ….
